Provide hands-on daily care that keeps residents safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. The CNA helps with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility, repositions and transfers residents safely, records care and changes in condition, and reports concerns to the charge nurse.
Requirements
- Active nursing assistant certification in this state, or eligibility to transfer one
- Safe transfer, repositioning, and personal-care technique
- Accurate, timely documentation of care and changes in condition
- Patience and respect with residents, including those living with dementia
- Ability to work the shifts listed, including every other weekend
- Completion of the state-required background screening before your first shift
Schedule
- 8- or 12-hour shifts on days, evenings, or nights, with every other weekend and rotating holidays
